All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Once shipped, you will receive tracking details. We are not responsible for carrier delays. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages. Therefore, w encourage you to purchase optional delivery insurance during your checkout experience.

We’ll make it right.  If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos so we can promptly resolve the issue with care and priority..
